Diese Tags bekommt man persönlich von einem Lackey geschenkt wenn man sie trifft und ein nettes Gespräch mit ihnen hat.

Es gibt laut Groundspeak ca. 60 Versionen der Tag's. Vermutlich sind es aber höchstens 54, weil in der Regel pro Lackey 250 Stück angefertigt wurden (Frau Potter 350, Moun10Bike 750) und bisher nur 14.000 Codes generiert wurden.

Fun Fact: Lackey Tom hat keinen eigenen Tag. Begründung: er sei verantwortlich für die Erstellung der Tags der anderen, weshalb er für seinen eigenen keine Zeit habe.

According to groundspeak about 60 versions excists.

Funny Fact: Lackey Tom doesn't has an own tag. Reasons: he is responsible for the design of the other lackey tags.
That's why he doesn't have time for his own.
