The coin was inspired by grafitti from beside the motorway, of a Maori style face.
I took that idea to create this Maori/ New Zealand themed coin.
The name ‘Kaieke’ means ‘Passenger’ or ‘Traveller’ in Maori, and on the back is a translated Maori Quote.
