Die Cutethulhu Geocoin zeigt eine kleine niedliche Cthulhu, eins der sogenannten „Großen Alten“ aus der Cthulhu Mythologie.
Der Begriff „Cutethulhu“ ist ein Wortspiel aus cute (niedlich) und Cthulhu. Eigentlich selbstklärend, wenn man die Geocoin sieht.
