Die Aphrodite Geocoin wurde anlässlich der Hochzeit der Schwester des Designers entwickelt.
Auf der Rückseite kann man das Muster eines in Sansibar typischen Hochzeit Kangas (afrikanisches Tuchgewand mit symbolhaften Mustern) sehen.
Die Ornamente leuchten im Dunkeln, sie sind teils transparent aber auch direkt auf die Coin gedruckt.
In der Mitte der Musters ist ein kleiner Glitzerstein eingelassen.

Die Vorderseite ziert die detaillierte Abbildung eines Sanddollars, welcher wunderbar erkennbar ist und
durch den 3D-Effekt den Eindruck der Tiefe in der Coin erweckt.
Natürlich sind auch die Namen des Brautpaars als auch das Hochzeitsdatum aufgedruckt.
Die Aphrodite Geocoin zählt zu den größten Coins, die jemals designt wurden.

150 Coins wurden insgesamt produziert. 125 davon sind trackbar und wurden verkauft. Desweiteren gibt es 25 non-trackable - family edition, welche statt ein Trackingcode das Trau-Datum und der Hochzeitsort seitlich eingraviert hat.

This coin was designed to celebrate my sisters wedding, and was based on different elements from her wedding theme. It is the largest coin I've designed so far and was meant to be a large, heavy coin that could be displayed.

The front side features an inverted 3D sand dollar and textured metal, which was used on the wedding invitations, along with their names and wedding date. The back side features a design based on a wedding kanga from Zanzibar, and also has glow in the dark areas.

150 coins were made in total. 125 trackable coins for public sale, and 25 non-trackable 'family editions' which had the date and location of the wedding engraved around the edge of the coin.
