Der Isle-Royale-Nationalpark ist ein Nationalpark auf und um der Isle Royale, der größten Insel im Oberen See. Die Insel ist knapp 72 Kilometer lang, etwa 13 Kilometer breit und gehört - obwohl näher am kanadischen Ufer gelegen - zum US-Bundesstaat Michigan. Es gibt rund 1000 Elche und 25 Wölfe auf der Insel. The Isle-Royale-Nationalpark is a national park on the Isle Royale. It's the biggest island in the Upper Sea. The island is nearly 45 miles long and 9 miles wide. Allthough the Canadian shore is closer it belong to the US state Michigan. About a tousand moose and 25 wolves lives on the island. [4]
